Aishwarya Balaji is a media VC, 2x tech founder, and global speaker who moves between boardrooms and breathwork with equal ease. She built her name in the startup world. Founding ventures, backing media and tech companies, and showing up on stages worldwide to talk about what's next. But that's only half the story. Aishwarya is also a certified EFT tapping practitioner, yoga teacher, and meditation guide, blending high-performance hustle with genuine inner work. She created Take a Fresh Sip as a wellness-meets-lifestyle brand, and her content across platforms brings together entrepreneurship, mindfulness, and real talk. Whether she's evaluating a pitch deck or leading a tapping session, she brings the same energy: sharp, grounded, and refreshingly human. She's not choosing between founder and creator, she's proving you don't have to.
Aishwarya is an international speaker and has spoken on various topics including wellness, self growth, mindful entrepreneurship, women in technology, blockchain, entrepreneurship and venture capital, and the south-asian diaspora.
She has given a TEDx, conducted workshops, moderated and sat on numerous panels and given a number of live and web-based talks around the world including in India and Morocco.
Aishwarya has spoken at large-scale conferences, universities and events all over the United States including at Harvard, Stanford and NY Fintech Week.
