Sneha Kar

I’m Sneha Kar, an MBA student in Communication Management at SIMC, Pune, working across social media, influencer marketing and brand communication. I enjoy understanding what makes people care about a brand and turning that into content worth paying attention to. My experience spans creator outreach and onboarding at Confluencr, strategic account management at Social Beat, hospitality marketing at V&RO, and content and design roles with Trunk Tails, MomsLeagueGlobal, Bakul Foundation and Skyy Skill Academy. At Confluencr’s Kalakaaar unit, I helped sign 17 creators and supported work across 10+ brand mandates. Alongside my MBA, I create content with SIMC’s Branding Cell and develop academic projects in campaign strategy, consumer insights and brand storytelling. Outside work, I’m usually travelling, painting, dancing, reading or collecting ideas for my next story.
