Khushi Jain

Khushi Jain is a national gold medalist swimmer, NYU graduate, and content creator based between New York and Delhi. With over 398K followers and a 16% engagement rate on Instagram, roughly 8x the platform average. Khushi has built a deeply engaged community around wellness, mental health, affirmations, culture, and lifestyle. A former model and eating disorder survivor, she founded DefEating Disorders at just 20 years old, an NGO dedicated to raising awareness that eating disorders are first and foremost a mental illness. The nonprofit runs school workshops for young students, spreads awareness through social media, and connects people with professional support through a panel of nutritionists, therapists, and psychologists. Khushi's recovery journey has been featured on TEDx and covered by BBC, among other outlets. She's currently expanding into podcasting and speaking engagements.
