I am an optimist, engineer, designer, systems-thinker, storyteller, amateur musician and, most importantly, a passionate champion of improving the way we navigate the world, both emotionally & physically. I see empathy, storytelling, & design as powerful tools for business & social transformation and I’m always trying to learn more about people, culture, strategy, behavioral science, and marketing. I approach every problem as if it were a story waiting to be better written; a story about people, about their aspirations, about their strategies for interacting with each other & the world, and about the systems that influence those strategies. As a writer, teller, and consumer of many such stories, I am ceaselessly fascinated by the connections between People, Culture, Systems, & Happiness.
