Akansha Patil

Hi, I am Akansha Patil, and I love all things food! Over the last three years, I have worked with leading F&B and hospitality brands like Food Matters, Noon, and A Perfect Bite Consulting (Rushina Ghildiyal) across diverse domains, including research and storytelling, brand strategy, communications, partnerships and collaborations, and branded experiences. I worked with Noon, an indigenous ingredient and community forward restaurant led by Chef Vanika Chaudhary to carve powerful narratives and dining experiences by mapping the journey of ingredients from the communities harvesting it to the dining tables of the guests. My role here was quite diverse – it started with social media content (research + storytelling/writing) and management, and evolved into a broader role, where I conceptualised and designed menus, wrote and created the framework for the bi-monthly newsletter, secured partnerships and sponsorships, managed international collaborations and worked with the PR agency for press dinners and invites.
