Aalok Gandhi is the music curator behind Candlelight's India expansion, the person who brought the internationally beloved candlelit concert experience to 25+ Indian cities and several MENA markets, managing over 200 musicians across classical, fusion, and contemporary genres. Based in Mumbai, he leads Fever's music operations and artistic direction, building city-specific programming from the ground up. But Candlelight is just one chapter. He co-founded Villa 15 Productions, a boutique composition and production house serving film, OTT, and advertising, overseeing composers, engineers, and creative direction. He also founded Raag & Tonic Productions, an audio production collective supporting collegiate a cappella groups worldwide, running it for over 10 years. Before all of this, he was a Strategy Operations Analyst at JioSaavn, blending business analytics with music industry insight across the US, UK, and Australia.
